THE PERFORMANCE SCAN
YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS IN THE WAY.
YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT - OR WHERE IT IS COMING FROM.
Two sessions.
A clear picture of what's
blocking your athlete.
And a concrete
first step forward.
YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS IN THE WAY.
YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT - OR WHERE IT IS COMING FROM.
Your athlete is talented. Committed. Working hard. But under pressure — in the match, the tournament, the tryout — something shuts down. They come off looking defeated and you don't have a clear explanation. Neither do they.
You've tried talking about it. You've had them work with a coach or a sports psychologist. Maybe it helped for a while. But the pattern keeps coming back.
The Performance Scan is designed for exactly this moment.
Not to manage the pattern — but to find where it actually lives. And to start moving it.

THIS DOESN'T START WITH YOUR ATHLETE.
IT STARTS WITH YOU.
Most approaches put your athlete in the room and focus on their mindset, self-talk, or routines. And sometimes that helps — for a while. But if the pattern keeps coming back, it's usually because the work is happening at the surface, not at the source.
The Performance Scan starts somewhere different.
In the first session, I work with you — the parent. Not because you're the problem. But because your athlete doesn't perform in a vacuum. What they carry into that game, that tryout, that decisive moment — a lot of it comes from the system around them. Things they've absorbed. Things they sense but can't name. Things that show up under pressure precisely because they've never been made visible.
When we look at that together, something shifts. Not through long analysis or months of sessions. Often in a single conversation — parents walk away seeing their athlete differently. And athletes feel it, even before we've spoken directly.
That's what the first session is designed to do: give you a clear picture of what's actually in the way. Not a theory. A picture you can see.
"Trust the process" or "go with the flow". These aren't slogans.
It's what every parent and athlete tells me after their second session.
WHAT THE TWO SESSIONS LOOK LIKE
Session 1: The Constellation
· 2 hours · Parent(s) only
We start with you — the parent. You tell me what's happening: what you're seeing in your athlete, what's been tried, what feels stuck. I ask questions. I listen to what's said and what isn't.
Then I introduce you to the constellation approach — briefly and practically, not theoretically. Together we place the key people in your athlete's situation into a constellation and look at it from the outside. Huided by me, we name what we see. What the relationships look like. Where the tension lives. What wants to shift.
This is not a talking therapy session. It's closer to making the invisible visible — and then working with what appears.
At the end of session 1 we discuss what came up, what surprised you, and what to pay attention to in the weeks ahead. Depending on your athlete's age and comfort, we agree together whether session 2 will be with you again, with your athlete, or with both.
You leave with a clear first picture and something concrete to observe.
Between sessions:
· WhatsApp or email —
available for 2 weeks after the final session.
Questions come up between sessions. Observations. Things your athlete says or does that suddenly make sense. I'm available by WhatsApp or email between and after sessions — because the work doesn't stop when the call ends.
Session 2: Going Deeper
· 2 hours · Parent(s), athlete, or both
— agreed after session 1
We start by evaluating what happened after session 1. What shifted? What feels lighter? What is still stubborn?
The stubborn things are where we go next. Either we address a new constellation, or we return to what needs more attention. By now you know how this works and what it feels like — the clarity it brings and how quickly things can move when you stop trying to fix the surface.
We close the session with concrete takeaways — what to keep doing, what to stop, what to watch for.
After sessions:
· Written session notes — key cues, reminders, and what to pay attention to going forward. Sent after session 2 so the experience has time to settle first.
· The FFA Parent Guide to Constellation Basics
— a practical handout explaining what the parent and child roles represent in a family system, what children do automatically out of love, and small concrete things you can shift at home. This is yours to keep and return to.
· A clear recommendation — if I believe a follow-up program would significantly benefit your athlete, I'll tell you directly. No pressure, no pitch — just my honest professional view.
Investment $2,000
THIS IS THE RIGHT STARTING POINT IF...

Your athlete is talented but keeps underperforming when it counts.
You've tried other approaches and the pattern keeps coming back.
You want to understand what's actually happening — not just manage it every time it shows up.
Your athlete is between 10 and 23 and competing at a serious level.
You're open to a different kind of process — one that works beneath the surface.
You don't need a full program commitment yet. You want a clear picture first.
AND WHEN IT MIGHT NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT.
If your athlete is in acute crisis or needs clinical mental health support, the Performance Scan is not the right first step.
I'll always tell you that honestly and point you toward what will help most.
If you're looking for quick techniques to get through one specific competition, the Clarity Session ($850 · 1 session - 2 hours) is a better starting point.
If you already know you want to go deep and commit to a full process, the Full Focus Program might be where we start directly.
Book a discovery call and we'll figure it out together.

A NOTE ON "TRUST THE PROCESS"

Constellations work is not widely known in the US sports world yet. That's partly why it works so well here — it goes somewhere most coaches and psychologists haven't been.
It doesn't require your athlete to be able to articulate what they feel. It doesn't require long analytical conversations. It works through the system — the relationships, the dynamics, the things that are sensed but never named.
Most clients tell me the first session was nothing like they expected — and everything they needed.
If you have questions about the approach before booking,
start with a free 30-minute discovery call.
I'll explain it in plain language and you can decide from there.
READY TO SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THE WAY?

Most clients tell me they wish they'd done this sooner.
The Performance Scan is where that clarity begins.
